Influence to our film

 

Beyonces new surprise album to the world included a video called haunted, this gave our group effective editing ideas that we could in cooperate in our film. The eye used in Beyonces video is terrifying to the audience as it hits the screen with a sound sting, we would like to use an eye image like this in our film and use the same camera edits and scream sound stings. We think this would be affective because of our genre choice of a thriller/ horror, the sound stings and fuzzy edits will scare our target audience because it is the opening of our film, we need to establish a horror sense of genre straight away so the audience know what kind of film they will be watching. The sounds in our opening of the film will also be very similar to Beyonces video as its a very eerie bleak soundtrack we would choose, the sound stings will include sharp quick screams and panorama establishing shots with a ghostly sound affect to make our audience feel the isolation of the confused and scared feeling the little girl feels in the forest.
